Commission Fee Agreement This Commission Fee Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Design by Daniela ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the individual or entity ("Seller," "you," or "your") for the purpose of outlining the commission fee structure and related terms for the sale of products or services through our website ("Website"). 1. Commission Fee Structure 1.1. Commission Rates: The commission rate applicable to your sales through our Website will be a % of the total sale price of each product or service sold. This rate is subject to change as outlined in Section 3. The rates for payments through the website are as follows: TGP Partners: 15% of total sales Playdates: 10% of total sales Donations: 5% of total sales Courses/Workshops: 20% of total sales Online Shop: 20% of total sales Referral Fee: 7.5% of total sales of first invoice 1.2. Payment Threshold: We will disburse commission payments to you in 24 hours or on the 30th of each month. 2. Payment and Reporting 2.1. Payment Schedule: Commission payments will be made to you on an ad hoc or monthly basis, with payment periods ending on the 30th of each month. Payment will be made via the payment method specified by you in your Seller account. 2.2. Invoicing: You will have be required to invoice The Good Place as a supplier. 2.3. Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to your commission earnings, and you agree to comply with all tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 3. Changes to Commission Rates 3.1. Modification: The Company reserves the right to modify the commission rates and fee structure at any time. Notice of any changes will be provided to you, and the modified rates will take effect on the date specified in the notice. 4. Termination 4.1. Termination by Company: The Company may terminate this Agreement and your access to our Website as a Seller at any time for violations of our Seller Policies, Terms and Conditions, or any other reason deemed necessary by the Company. 4.2. Termination by Seller: You may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the Company. Upon termination, any outstanding commission payments will be paid to you in accordance with Section 2. 5. Confidentiality 5.1.
