As a freelance storyteller, I spend a lot of time thinking about the nature of narrative and its role in our lives. Stories are about much more than just plot, dialogue, character, etc.; they are paths of meaning for us to understand ourselves and this living world. Modern society – for all its many marvels – doesn't always make it easy to access these paths, these stories, which guide us toward our true selves. I'm here to help you find those paths again.
I studied at Cambridge School of Art and have a 1st in Creative Writing and English Literature. I have extensive experience as a reader, copywriter and commissioning editor for The Dark Mountain Project, Epoch Press and The Hourglass Newspaper, and others. I have previously taught creative writing workshops with the London Drawing Group and British Academy of Creative Writing. I currently work as a ghost and content writer, creating everything from fantasy novels, eco-travel journals and Shakespearean academic papers.
Feel free to reach out if you're looking for an all-round storyteller to elevate your next creative project. I take great pride in my flexibility and am happy to work across a variety of genres and mediums. If it exists, I'll write it down. If it doesn't, I'll make it up.
